Today a teenager and the world of education are alike, both are going through a lot of changes and these changes are for good only. The education industry is evolving in this technology ruled world, which is changing at the very rapid speed; one of those fortunate changes in education is known as Flipped classroom.

Flipped Classrooms: Flipped classrooms are new methods of teaching where a teacher interacts with each student and provide them personalized assistance in school via technology especialy information technology. It is also an interactive way of teaching which is getting pretty popular among both parties i.e. teachers and students.

High Level of Interaction: Flipped classroom model provides great levels of interactions between teacher and students, enabling better discussion and interactions among them, which leads to the better understanding of topics in the class. Even students can chat with teacher and ask him about the areas where he is having a hard time. Availability to Everyone: Sometimes a few students miss some classes due to any reason i.e. other activities or ill health or anything, which leads to the total loss of the current topic for them. With flipped classroom concept these students gets the whole footage of class with high audio and video quality, enables them to cop up with the class. Revisions: Now the student has the detailed footage of the class, he can easily revise the lecture that had been taught in the class on his own time, which is pretty helpful for revision of lectures and topics. Monitoring: Flipped classroom concept is working with new age information technology, application and platforms like iPerform help a lot in this innovative mode of teaching. With these applications teacher is enabled to review each student's progress with each topic of the course that leads to new levels and techniques to improve that particular student and his needs.
